"Needed an area rug cleaned and called their number on a Friday afternoon thinking I would get an answering machine, but Jeff the owner answered and was extremely friendly. He allowed me to drop off my rug Friday evening (around 6:30pm!), had it cleaned on site on Saturday, and I picked it up on Monday and it looked great!, all for a minimal charge! He did this to accommodate me while working around some large accounts he was also servicing at the time. I'm very impressed with the service and quality of this company and would recommend them to anyone!"
