"Terrible customer service!! I had to go back two times over because the dry cleaning was not ready and to top it off they ruined a blouse. I provided the receipt for refund. They wanted to refund me a cheaper online price when I bought it in the store. This blouse isn’t even offered online. I will NEVER go back here again. I wasted so much of my time going back and forth just to get a refund for their mistake."

"I’m not sure where tide hires these kids from . It truly speaks to this generation having no people skills and absolutely no customer service ability . I have given multiple chances to this dry cleaner . These kids they hire are just no capable of doing the job . The blond girl who helped me “with the worst personality I have ever seen” . Walks up to my vehicle so I roll down the window . Common curtesy says good morning how can I help you or any type of acknowledgement . Then she looked at me like I had 3 heads because I didn’t lead the conversation. She is proof we are screwed with this generations lack of communication and basic people skills! It is disturbingly bad at this dry cleaner . No personality’s no basic human kindness or interaction . . I have had enough of this and I refuse to contribute to the problem by spending money at this place . If the kids you hire can’t form a sentence to say good morning or how can I help you or any basic acknowledgment Then perhaps they need to go. I’m sure some people who can manage to fake a smile and some type of communication skills would like a job. The fact these kids are our future should scare everyone . Generation x the end of customer service and people skills are over ."

"Just bad. Clothes after their laundry was more dirty then before. All white t- shirts came out with dark spots on them, that wasn't on them before. Literally every one of about 20 t-shirts! With prices they charge clothes suposed to be washed, bleached and pressed well, and not all this. Luckily my wash machine arrived and all that dirt came off. I will never use this "service" again and do not recomend."

"Had a white designer dress that had gotten stained from a worn black leather purse strap. Initially, it was dropped off and expected next day. 3 hrs later, we got a phone call it was ready. Upon further conversation and examination of the dress, the stain needed working on. The production manager was on it, and the next day, when I collected it, the dress looked Beautiful! Surprised it took the extra conversation to get it the proper attention, BUT the result was ultimately beautiful. And I am very Very grateful to the team for taking good care of the special garment."
