"Clarke's has sprayed our lawn for awhile now. A few months ago a new tech told us the last tech assigned to our yard had missed Chinch bugs and Clarke's would remedy the problem. The owner came out and told us he saw roots for grass growing and with continued spraying, our grass would be saved. Clarke's also mentioned, their tech should have never told us what he did, aka..tell the truth. Needless to say that tech never came back, I imagine he was fired. Months later and our grass is dead and we are getting notices from the compliance department in the county. We have reached out and have not been given a solution. We now have the saddest lawn on the block."

"They charged me $3050. For a 1600 sq ft home, I paid and explained that the home was under renovation. They then told me that any additional wood, such as brand new cabinets or furniture would void my warranty. I decided to wait until the new work was done to have the service, they then tried to charge me $50 extra per month to cover the rising cost of chemicals. After I complained the said they would honor the original quote. They made me vacate my home at 8AM, they did not tent until 2:30 PM I returned on the 3rd day at 2:30 and waited on my portch until 3:40 when they told me the house was not clear and I should wait in my car durring the thunderstorms, with my dogs until it was. When finally clear I entered my home to find their muddy footprints all over my new floors and my AC off. 88 degrees. The breaker was off. I finally figured it out. Poor service and lack of carring as well as poor communication. I do not recommend!"
