"After hurricane Ian we called for an estimate, the person answering was polite enough but the representative who called to set up the appointment was rude, demanded that we blindly agree to give them 50% down once servpro determined the damage. We explained we only wanted an estimate from a professional that could accurately review the damage, even agreed to pay them the $350 fee for estimate but that wasn't what the representative wanted to hear. I'm not certain if this is a local, national or contractor problem for Servpro but as a national company you should be better, at the very least act like you care and customers should not be left feeling like they're being extorted."
