"Employees who bully girls. If an honest confusion for appointment time occurred then I own that. But if you call to confirm time 3 times day of ,it unfortunately goes to a call center. No call returned. Still the process right? Tech shows at house at 12 I believe appointment for 1. I am on my way home. Ask my daughter to ask him to wait I was not witness but when your kid calls in tears on how rude man was, constantly cut her off and then left. Was hopeful that the follow up from management would help but honestly just as rude. I do truely hope that you have things on a recorded line, and listen to how you spoke to me."

They respond so quickly to get you an appointment, reschedule if needed, and are such a pleasure over the phone. Onto our services. We had technically 4 rooms and the carpeted steps cleaned in our home . Wow. They gave us a confirmation the night before, then a warning 30 minutes prior to arriving and then when he arrived, he was so respectful in our home. The work he did was absolutely top notch. It looks so professional and smells so great. He was even done in an hour. You can tell he knew what he was doing. He did so well I even called them myself and told them how great of an employee they have! She’s going to let everyone know how happy we were with their services. The pricing for it was so reasonable and 1000% worth it. ( the quote was spot on) I will be back anytime I need my carpets cleaned and I’ll recommend them to everyone in our area. Thank you so much!
