"I delivered my suits for alterations and cleaning, and to my dismay, the garments were returned to me fully wrapped in plastic just as I had presented them - without any cleaning whatsoever. Upon contacting the cleaner, I conversed with an individual whom I can only loosely describe as a gentleman, as his demeanor suggested that it was either my own fault or that I should not have voiced my dissatisfaction. I categorically refuse to patronize that establishment again, and should you choose to avail yourself of their services, I implore you to thoroughly inspect your clothing before departing."

"This place does not deserve even one star. They ruined my dress, and my husband pant and shirt. When I got there, I asked him if they do small pieces because the sign just provided for bulks and comfort. He makes fun of me and said we are cleaners and is what we do. Even with that, I left my clothes there because I was rushed. My mistake. We're new clothes and they ruined them completely. When we called them, the owner just yieling at us and said that they did not ruin anything they just steamed my clothes. They even "steamed" my husband pant with the cardboard ticket on the back and I just asked for press my clothes. Its a schame because they don't accept they mistake. Will never trust them again. Do not trust them!!!"

"My husband and I have been using Tender Touch Dry cleaners for just over a year. William, the owner, is so warm and a great guy. He's been around for a while, and is a local business owner we love to support. They are usually fairly speedy and accommodating with deadlines, wherever possible. Recently, we had a few issues with shrinking wool garments, the second of which was damaged beyond repair. William, from the beginning, promised he would do right by us, and he did. I will be returning to Tender Touch because I think the owner is a genuinely good person, and they do a great job. Give them a try!"
