"Residents be wary. 1. States “I’m a company w a team of 3, my rate is $250” however brought an untrained nephew and she was the only professional. I’ve had to go back to clean after him. I was charged $200 for no bedrooms, only one bathroom, I also said no full cleaning of the fridge. ***Also does not use professional grade cleaning products*** used Dawn Dish soap (not the platinum) on all my surfaces and appliances. Tiny amounts on a dry towel. It didn’t remove the grime. Did not shine. 2. Brought her child who was congested and coughing the entire time which made me very uncomfortable during RSV, flu Covid season. 3. Tamise saw me vacuuming and asked me to come over and vacuum what she swept in the kitchen. Very unprofessional. 4. Left the broom and dust bin in the middle of the kitchen for me to pick up. 5. Photos not taken- untouched dirt under the dining table and cabinets. The dust on counter top. Shower with dark mold spots. Also broke one of my wine glasses. Every single photo was taken right after the cleaning to ask her to come back to finish the job that was not done the first time. I had told her when she got there that I was very sleepy from working nights, she asked me to get up and check her work every 10 minutes for 4 hours, no one has done that before. And every time I checked, it didn’t look clean at all. in the end I finally asked her to show me what product she’s using. I never paid more than $150 for a deep thorough cleaning which left me satisfied without the disrespect and my home sparkling including all my dishes."

"Tamise and her colleague showed up punctually. They were friendly, polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Her prices were reasonable, and quite unlike another outfit that tried to charge me double! She was a bit wary of our 75-lb golden retriever, Jasper, as she had had an unpleasant encounter with a dog at another house where the customer had not controlled the dog. However, to her credit, she allowed me to introduce Jasper to her and then she got on with the job. I was pretty impressed that she was willing to deal with her unease and do an AWESOME job of cleaning our windows! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and her business, Compassionate Cleaners, and we will definitely have her back again."
