"(Updated after the manager’s reply) If you have expensive jeans, please please do NOT take them to this place! They are horrible. They don’t know how to ham jeans. They just ruined my 2 pairs of jeans. One side was shorter than the other and basically they just chopped off the original hamming. Not only they completely ruined my brand new jeans they didn’t want to refund the money that I paid for alterations. Barbara has zero customer service skills. She just ignored me when I asked for a refund. Absolutely horrible place! I even asked for their manager’s contact information and they refused to give. What a shady place!!! As a business owner or a manager your main responsibility should have been contacting me and addressing the problem with me because the whole process from the day I left the jeans and picked them up took over a month. During that time I had back and forth conversations with the store people. The only solution you could have offered should have been the reimbursement of the jeans cost along with alterations fees that I paid. I don’t appreciate your generic reply and fake apologies in response to a real problem."
