"Warning Do Not take your hats (caps) here. I brought in 4 hats, they are all now deformed. All the crowns are no longer fully round and have dents. Also, I brought a white hat in that literally had only one tiny speck on it. When I got it back, it still had it! Mind you, I did ask if they were equipped to service hats... Also, my order was 2 days late. Very disappointing and awful experience. I'll add, the white hat had never even been worn before.... The interaction with the employee's was the only positive experience."
