"My mother lives in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF). Her apartment flooded with sewer water on a Wed. The staff member who contacted me that day informed me they had the leak under control. I visited her on Friday evening and discovered her entire 9X12 Karastan Persian rug was soaked with sewer water and dripping wet! I found Ray on the internet and liked the reviews. Much to my surprise, he came out that day, a Saturday, and picked up the rug. It took a couple of weeks for him to get the rug back in shape. It required multiple applications of disinfectant to remove the sewer smell. I am so thankful I contacted him. He was pleasant and professional. He made sure I understood the process. He also provided a detailed invoice with notes explaining all he had to do to save this rug. I requested to meet with the ALF director for reimbursement. The detailed invoice provided the additional evidence needed for the ALF to pay for the cleaning. I would highly recommend this company to take care of your rug. "NO STAIN TO DIFFICULT Boy did i strike gold when I found Ray the owner. I have an oriental rug that I purchased from Hong Kong back in the eighties and it had some coke a cola stains that other rug cleaners said they couldn't remove. Ray picked my rug up and provided me with a loaner rug while he worked extremely hard to remove some old stains. Well, Ray came to the rescue and my rug now looks brand new.
