"Horrible customer service. We tried to use them for managed properties. Sales rep, Jim, was fantastic, professional, and attentive. First couple of cleans were good. However, they began to miss appointments, and the office was extremely rude to our tenants. Trish (regional director) was the main problem. When asked to speak with her supervisor, she said the owners are in Miami. I contacted the Miami office and was told that they can't do anything about it, since each city is a separate franchise. Hopefully Jim can find a company that will represent his professionalism."
