"Was extremely pleased with Doll Bros. It was the first time using them and called based on their online reviews. Don and Sara were prompt, courteous, and explained the process to me. I had an area rug, runner, loveseat, and recliner cleaned. They look beautiful. Sara explained what to expect afterward regarding drying time and she was spot on. In just a couple of hours, everything was perfectly dry. Don't know why all companies don't use this process, but it is such a relief not to have to wait hours and hours for drying, sometimes overnight. The cost is very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use Doll Bros in the future. Well done!"
