"If you have any bugs in your house they will not service you and you will automatically lose your deposit. Just a heads up. They should let customers know that there is a chance they will reject jobs depending on the condition of the house. I felt they did not want to stay from the second they walked in. They were very nice and welcoming in person but when I left them to work I received a text from a separate person that they were leaving and didn’t want the job. I would not recommend calling this company unless your house is already semi clean. They would much rather a free deposit than completing a service as advertised."
