"First and last time using this location. We dropped off 14 slip covers and upon returning home, had 12. Went back immediately and basically they brushed us off. Went back again and spoke to management. Same thing, told us they will call if they show up. After spending $400 +, we expected better."

The last time I had new stains on one shirt that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. They’re on the pricier end too. That was the last straw for me. This is only your spot if you really just don’t care what condition you get your stuff back in. If I’m going to have to iron my shirts myself there’s no point in going there at all."

"First of all, this branch is super-convenient: just a few blocks from my home. Service is always excellent. The "while you wait" service is a great idea for folks on the run; but I usually prefer to walk in, just to save the employees a few steps--especially in the Florida heat! My orders are usually ready in less time than projected (also very cool!), and the quality of the work is top-notch professional."
