"After many uses, this is the last time I will ever use or reccommend this company to my clients. I hired 2 cleaners for 2 hours last week for a vacant townhome, I asked only the kitchen and bathrooms be wiped down for listing pictures, the floors had already been cleaned professionaly the day before. They showed up and told me they would need more time, I agreed, but then said they had another appointment and couldn't add any additional time. I said no big deal, please just make sure the bathroom and kitchen get wiped down as I had asked due to photos scheduled that afternoon. The cleaners took the drawers and racks out of the oven, sprayed everything with cleaner, then moved upstairs and never came back down downstairs. They spent the whole 2 hours vaccumming and doing baseboards. 10 minutes before the end of the appointment I went inside to walk through and give them each $20 tip, I found their car already packed, and they had never come back down to even wipe down the cleaner they sprayed all over the kitchen. The downstairs got no cleaning at all. They left oven racks on the counter, left cleaner sprayed everywhere and insisted they could not spend even a minute longer to wipe down the spray and that I would have to reschedule a new appointment. I will never use this company again and I would not reccommend them to anyone who wants a dependable cleaning company."

"Well, would I recommend this service? Absolutely NOT!!!.. Well first I order the 5 hour cleaning package my apartment is an 2B/2B, 1100 sqft. I travel very often for work so yes, I do hire a cleaning company when I am home to keep things in order. She stated that she will send two ladies and each lady totaling 2.5 hours each to equal 5 hours. I said ok. They were suppose to arrived at 8:00 am, they arrived at 8:15 am. When they arrived I told them what needed to be done and I stated my timer on my phone. Both ladies cleaned my bed room bath room. Which I am not sure why it took two ladies to clean a small bathroom. The bedroom bathroom is never used but it took them 30 minutes to clean that restroom and vacuum the carpet in that room. Next one of them moved to the hall bathroom and she cleaned the tub and poured something in it to let it soak, the other lady vacuumed the hall and the living room (which I vacuumed before they arrived) only because I didn’t want to use my time on minor things. They both came to me and stated that they were finished. I looked at my timer and 1 hour and 8 minutes had passed. I stated to them that the time was not up. I told her to clean the kitchen. At that time I notice that she caught an attuite and she began to say that cleaning the refrigerator is considered a deep cleaning. I stated well what else will you be doing for the rest of your time. She stated that I will vacuumed and make the beds. I said you already did that and the beds were made before you arrived. So again I told her to clean the kitchen. After I told her that I will not be paying her $100 for an 1 hour and 8 minutes she called someone. They talked on the phone and that someone called me. I told her the times and what they has done so far. I said well what else do they planned to do with there time. This went on for about 20 minutes. Eventually they cleaned the refrigerator. The lady stated spraying something in the refrigerator spraying over my juices, meats and other items. I told her to stop while I take the items out. I placed the items on the container and asked her why would she do that. She stated that she don’t touch the items. I said but why would you spray that on items that I will be eating. The bottom shelf in the refrigerator had spilled prune juice that I never cleaned so yes it was stained. They cleaned the refrigerator that took them about 20 minutes to do. I told them that they were suppose to be here until about 10:30 am I did not include the 15 minutes that they were late or the 20 minutes of her on the phone refusing to clean the kitchen. They did not clean the cabinets in the kitchen, they did mop the floor with a smelling mop that took two days for my home to air out. I did however pay them only because I was in a rush and I did not have time or want them in my home any longer. So if you want to pay for service of them cleaning the bathroom and vacuuming for $100.00 this will be good for you. I will not EVER use this company again. Again I have used cleaning services before and this by far as been the worst. Needless to say I wasted $100.00..."

"This company is great... if you like to be taken advantage of. The cleaning was good enough, the customer service has been a joke. Long story: Got my apartment cleaned last week. Was told they'd arrive between 10:30-11:30. I had to call at Noon to see if they'd be arriving soon. Booked the two women for 2 hours (at the suggestion of the company), just in case it took that long. Ended up only taking them an hour to perform the cleaning. Typically, I get a phone call following the cleaning making sure everything went well and asking for my payment method. Instead, my card was automatically charged this time... for the full 2 hours. Upon calling the company to see why I was charged for two hours, when they were only there for one, they provided me with smugness and zero help. First: they said they would call the cleaners to confirm it was only an hour (of course, they had put it as 2 HR's in the system) and call me back... They never did. I called them again and they said they would send me an email... they never did. I called them for a third time in the week, they said they would now send the email... they never did. They provided me the excuses that A.) it's company policy to charge for at least 2 hours (would've been nice to know that from the top, so I could use a cheaper company) and B.) my girlfriend signed the paper, saying they were there the full time. However, my girlfriend said she didn't and the company refuses to email it to me. Lastly, they also want to ignore the screenshots I have of the phone calls I received from the cleaners when they arrived and when they left... separated by an hour. Show me better proof than that. I would give 0 stars if I could. Enjoy my money, BJK. Use it to buy some ethics."

"My wife scheduled BJK cleaning when we were planning to have some people over for a BBQ. We clean regularly, but this ensured the bathrooms were cleaned as well as any dusting we might have missed. They told us before they come to make sure we have paper towels and trash bags, no big deal. We left them on the counter and went into our home office to keep out of their way while we watch a movie. When they knocked on the door to tell us they were done, the house has looked better than it ever did. The bathrooms looked like we had just moved in. The floors were moped better than I could have moped them, and literally the air felt cleaner- probably due to the dusting that we had been neglecting. This company did an AMAZING job, and we will be using them anytime we host an event. The staff was very friendly, in fact, they even tolerated our hyper- barking like crazy dog. When I saw some reviews about how people were upset they asked for paper towels and trash bags I roll my eyes. They clearly tell you that in the confirmation email they send you. 8 hours of cleaning (really 4 decided between two people) was only 175$ (may have been a promotion? Not sure...) so having to supply 98 cent paper towels was a non issue for us."

"They are a scam! They lie and give you the impression that it will be 5 hours of service for $100 and leave after 2 hours. The 2 ladies barely cleaned anything. Bathroom is still dirty and bedroom and kitchen was practically left untouched. I called the lady/ owner Anna to complain about the horrible service and she kept cutting me off and then hung up on me. I called her back to tell her that she's being very unprofessional and this is not how you treat a customer and she replied yes it is if the customer doesn't appreciate their business. She was very rude!I have been trying to call her multiple times but she keeps hanging up on me! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this business that is only interested in taking your money and not providing good customer service!"
