"I had 11 jackets taken in for dry cleaning, the price was great 2 stars for that however I have seams pressed where I should not and most are double breasted jackets and weeenkor even properly hung back on hangers I have wrinkles in most and 3 were brand new never worn and the white one isn’t as white as it should be and the tan one has pinched fabric where it was pressed for to long. As a working professional I do not have time to have the redone very disappointing will travel to leesburg just to get a good dry cleaning service."

"I went in to have my suit altered and dry-cleaned in a short time period. I explained I had a week to get my pants altered, and I need my entire suit dry-cleaned by Saturday (I think I came in on Monday). The woman who does alterations for the cleaners met me there when she picked up the items, got a quick measurement, and got to work right away. They came back perfect, and I had my entire suit back by Friday afternoon. Needless to say, I had a great experience with this business. Service was fast and the quality was great. I will happily use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs a very reputable dry-cleaner."

"The behavior of the employee in this place was off today, and I was spiritually uncomfortable. Not the typical experience I have coming into this laundromat when the other employee is working. I came to drop off dry cleaning for my family. Tammy asked for the last name and I provided it. She could not find the account, so she asked for the first name, and I spelled it for her. She mumbled in a dark tone “I know how to SPELL”, but when I asked her what she meant, she refused to repeat herself. Not sure what kind of spells she is referring to, as she would not confirm what she meant- but it didn’t seem related to the account or me spelling the name. Just a heads up for anyone who cares about that stuff."
