It was not stated that if I did not call back in time they would cancel the appointment without letting me know. So now I have 2 days to fine another company to do the cleaning or I'll lose a substantial portion of my security deposit."
"I have used them for several years. You always get a block of time for your appointment. The techs are very good about showing up within that window and will call to let you know they're on their way, if requested. They have great customer service, are very cordial and respectful of your home and have always done exactly what I've asked. My only concern is that, it does seem to take about one to two days for the carpet to completely dry. I will use them again."
