"Took some uniforms in to get cleaned and pressed. Starting a new career with the state and trying to make a good impression. Besides the fact that 2 uniform shirts and 2 pairs of uniform pants costs $32to clean and press, I discovered that the crease on one of my sleeves was off center and incompletely pressed! WTHail is wrong with a business that can’t do a simple task?!? Please give me a more valuable option! OXXO is NOT cutting it!!!"

"Poor workmanship. Went to get my brand new white shirt cleaned. Came back with strands of black hair over it and lint. Also, they did not track my collar stays, so I got my shirt back with one missing and the other bent. Could of had better quality work washing it in my own machine! Wish I inspected the shirt sooner or in store. Would not recommend, given the quality of a simple white dress shirt."

"I can’t speak to their dry cleaning capabilities but I can tell you not to go there for alterations. I sent my daughter to drop off her dress for Hoco with specific instructions that they did not follow. The dress had two pieces, a simple white slip on the inside and a lace exterior that was much longer than the inside piece. We asked for the outside piece only to be hemmed up so that it would hang two inches below the inside slip. Not only was it hemmed up to the inside slip making it too short for her to wear… the hemming is uneven. The dress is now trash."
