"When I dropped off my dry cleaning everything was fine super friendly went to pick it up today my wife's dress had stain marks took it back they made me pay for another dry cleaning. Employee stated that it could be the dry cleaning material that they use that made the stain but it was a rainy day and I was having trouble noting where the Mark had been I just don't think they should have charged me again when we didn't even get to put the dress on from the first dry cleaning. However after posting review owner got ahold of me and made things right with my choice of a full refund or credit to my account. The owner cares about his customers and quite frankly his call made a huge difference to me."
