"I received very good and helpful advice from Sam when he came to my house for a repair estimate. He assured me he was not trying to sell me anything he only wanted to give me the estimate I requested. He did however point out some other issues I should address to alleviate any future problems. He was very informative and extremely knowledgeable. In the end he suggested maybe I should replace instead of repairing since in the long run that would be best. "Bottom line, up front: Sam and Paramount Seamless Gutters are 10 out of 10 across the board for me! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of gutter service! We hired Paramount Seamless Gutters to install gutters on our new home. We learned about the company from my parents who hired Paramount to install their gutters about a year ago, and spoke very highly of Sam and his team. When I called Sam to inquire about a quote, he made an appointment and was out to us within a few days. He walked around the house with my wife first, and learned about what she was looking for and made recommendations within the guidelines she set. He showed product options, but didn't push anything or try to upsell. I arrived to the meeting a bit late due to work commitments, but Sam waited for me to arrive so he could explain the written quote he made with my wife to me and answer any questions I had. The total cost of the quote was very reasonable, and honestly quite a bit less than what I was expecting. Needless to say, we hired him on the spot for our gutter install. Within a day or two, we had the installation appointment date. Furthermore, Sam had a worker out the very next day to dig a channel under our sidewalk and install a hose and drain box to redirect water from an area where a simple downspout wouldn't have sufficiently directed water away from the house. On the day of our appointment, the work crew arrived on time and Brandon, the team lead, came to introduce himself and confirm the work he would be getting done. The team worked tirelessly until the entire job was complete, and Brandon came to report completion and walk me around to inspect the finished job. Quality of workmanship was top notch, and I could see the pride the team took in making sure that every detail looked excellent and professionally done. Brandon explained how some of the more complex areas of the system would work, and made sure I didn't have any problems with the job, or questions. The team cleaned up the worksite and, other than the beautiful new gutters installed on my home, you would never even know they had been there. Two days later, Sam called to check on our satisfaction with the work and asked us to call him specifically if we had any questions or issues. He also made some recommendations about how to ensure the heavy downpours don't wash away the fill sand still present around the new house. All in all, this is a 10 out of 10 company across the board for me!
