Spin City Laundry

"Some and my little support dog went here to do laundry. Sunny barked at a dog walking by the front door. The guy behind the desk told me the dog would have to go out. I was attempting to explain Sunnie was a service animal and I could retrieve her documents in the car he wouldn't even let me finish talking. And so I had to tie Sunnie up out at a bench. After placing my laundry into a dryer, he came over and let me know the dryer was broken. He watched me load it before he came over. This guy had a bad attitude and someone needs to buy him a personality. I am heading out tomorrow to find a laundry. Chances are good it won't be here"

"Excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. Very patient showing me how to use new machines. One of the cleanest laundromats I've been in for a long time. Prices are up all over, theirs are not unreasonable. Thank you for your hard work"

"Worst experience I've ever had. I would give it zero Stars if I could. Took a friend to do her laundry. Staff was rude and machines not working properly. Staff starts arguments with you when you never even went to them about the problem you were having. That after an hour the clothes were still not dry and you didn't want to bother with it that the machines are charging you for time on the dryers that you're not getting. Accuse you of stealing your own bag which was just a trash bag to boot. I don't know where the attitude came from. I don't know if it's because we were white or because I'm a lesbian but very poor customer service."

"This place used to be a great place to come and wash before Spin City took over. They came in and replaced the perfectly good tables with some stone topped ones, put in some new flooring, painted, and raised the prices of the wash by $3-4. No seating to wait for your laundry, washers are always out of order, floor always has water on it from some leaky washer. Doesn't make sense to come in and make these changes and charge so much money for a wash. Your little .50 wash doesn't make up for the cost you charge now."

"Best Laundromat in Williston!! They have made so many improvements, a fresh coat of paint, new floors, new folding tables, wooden bars to hang clothes, and more. Ms. Connie keeps this place spotless, she truly deserves a raise."
