"Terrible customer service. I was running 15 minutes late, and told him ahead of time. I told him he could start outside when he gets there, if he'd like. When I get to the house, he refused to acknowledge me, then goes "Traffic? Really? It's 98." I live 40 miles from where I work (Pensacola to Navarre). It can take me anywhere from 45 minutes - 1 hour + to get home when 98 is backed up. Take your service elsewhere. This guy lacks professionalism."
