He took time out of his day to phone me back and provide contacts for other local businesses who could help me. Shortly after, we were able to work with them again on another contract. They provided carpet cleaning and tile cleaning on that job. The tech phoned beforehand and was very polite and professional. The homeowner called us afterwards to tell us how happy they were with not only the service they provided but with how polite and kind the tech was! How refreshing is that?
