"I’ll start by saying the lady was very nice but I wish she and the lady who had been at the front counter were more clear on pricing. Nothing was marked so I kept having to ask how much each piece was. The piercing was listed at $50 and I decided to get titanium jewelry and when I asked how much it was I thought she said $20 or $25 more. So I was not expecting my total to be $92 (not including tip). It just seems like a lot. I should’ve questioned it in the shop but the piercing was already done and I didn’t want the confrontation so that’s on me. As I was about to walk out she gave me an aftercare pamphlet that seemed like an afterthought. And the piercing she wrote in was not what I got."
"Liz did a great job with the piercing and talking me through everything. It's safe to say first piercing went very well and I'll never forget it."
"I went in for a navel piercing yesterday. And Samm did such a great job on it so shout out to her. Definitely recommend to everyone who wants a piercing done here!"
"Liz is great! She does piercings and did my belly button (again) last night. She’s super kind and honest, I will be back to see her ❤️"
"I would not recommend- several months ago I got this “basic” tattoo. There are several spots where it was not filled in all the way. The artist was using a new gun in the beginning, so I understand that there are learning curves but to use it for the first time on a paying client just doesn’t sit right with me.. anyways, where she started at is not right. I’ve been debating going back for a few months because if they can’t get line work/shading right first, do I want to trust them to fix it? Anyways.. I decided to go back and see if they would fix it.. the options were to pay $70-80 minimum to fix with someone else or go back to same person (who wasn’t there and I’d have to call back on another day to see if/when she could fit me in or drive across town to find her). Needless to say, I won’t be back. I’d rather pay someone else than to chase someone around to fix some simple shading that couldn’t be done right the first time."
