"If you’re contemplating on getting a tattoo from Parca. Do it you won’t regret it. I’ve been tattoo by numerous artist and he has the lightest hand, I literally didn’t feel a thing and I didn’t need to use numbing crème. Him and his wife are super welcoming and the only thing I was surprised to find is the studio, it’s just you and the artist. He doesn’t rush he takes his time. Another big plus is how observant he is. He will not place a crooked stencil on you even if it takes removing 2-3 times. Definitely will be returning!"
