"I used to recommend this shop to everyone I knew, but the items sold are not real surgical steel. I have bought a septum and several barbells from them and have had friends buy belly jewelry and earrings. I had the septum and barbells in for months and my piercings were always very irritated, some of them straight up infected and swelling. My friends were also complaining about swelling and irritation from their piercings, so we put two and two together and decided to switch to jewelry from Amazon of all places. Instant relief! Within a day or two our piercings were healthier than ever before. Additionally, my friends who have bought belly jewelry from here have had the charms come off within the week. And to top it off, as the rest of the reviews are saying, no refunds or exchanges. I usually understand that for sanitary purposes but not in the case of fake jewelry! The only plus about this place is that the staff is friendly, but they aren’t very knowledgeable about certain piercings, and after going to a local piercing shop I was informed this place had sold me the wrong barbell length for some of my piercings. Used to recommend this place to everyone, but now I will be warning people to steer clear of it!"

"Very helpful and friendly staff BUT the products are NOT real surgical steel. I bought a hoop for my snake bites and I had an allergic reaction and lost the right bite due to swelling. It was unfortunate. The kiosk came so highly recommended. No refunds or exchanges of course."
