"Call into the pharmacy and you will be put on an indefinite hold without ever talking to anyone they just keep putting you on hold. They are supposed to be at lunch from 1:30 - 2:00 came at 2:00 and they said they are at lunch till 2:30 they need someone that has customer service experience or need them to take a class. "Placed a same day photo order like I do at many Walgreens locations. Arrived hours after it was supposed to be ready, and the guy behind the Photo counter, David, proceeded to talk on his cell phone and ignore me for nearly 15 minutes. I very patiently waited because it was the day after Christmas. Finally an associate came to help and asked David why the order wasn’t ready and when it would be and he responded “I’ll get to it when I get to it” and told me to try again tomorrow. I’ve never encountered such a disrespectful punk working in a customer facing position. I know it’s hard to find good employees right now, but this was unacceptable. Keep in mind it would have taken him 30 seconds to print the photos."
