"Thank you so much. I have been using this same pharmacy for years. Yesterday they caught what I consider to be a big deal. I had an extraction and although I informed the dental office I am allergic to penicillin. Unbeknownst to me they prescribed penicillin and the pharmacy caught it. Thank God for diligence and caring people. Thank you to the Walgreens pharmacy staff."

"Horrible service. I drove all the way to return my item via fadex as I chose this one to return. They are not educated enough about handling return items. My return item does not require printing level from buyer end. As well as it was clearly written on my return level. The young girl completely denied 1st. Then I asked to call someone else to assist me. Then another guy came and said that printer is broken.He advised to try from photo printing. That didn’t work . It’s a horrible experience. They kept me waiting and just wasted my30 minutes without resolving this simple issue. Didn’t expect this."

"This pharmacy is the WORST!!! I had a prescription sent over there accidentally by my doctor (I now go to Publix) I was told my insurance denied coverage I said okay I have a Good RX and the my refused to accept it ! Or for me to self pay! These incompetent people told me since the insurance is denying it, that means I can not get it! I have filed a complaint with the department of heath by way of the Florida Board of Pharmacy for illegal practices!"

"I have been going to this Walgreens for years and never experienced a bad experience. Everyone to the store clerks/staff and pharmacy staff has always been kind and attentive. I am not sure why the ratings are so low for this location. I'm going to keep on shopping at this location and see if I notice anything different. Just know what you give off is what you receive back. The Golden Rule!!!"

"Went here for COVID test with an appointment of 4:15 on a Sunday. Got into drive through pharmacy line at 4. By 4:55 we still had 1 car in front of us (started with 4). Only 3 cars moved in an entire hour. I decided to call into the store. They were rude stating that they close at 5 and if I'm not at window they won't be doing my test. I said oh yes you will I have an appointment and have been here an hour and there are also 2 cars behind me that have been here an hour. I asked for a store manager, he was off. A team lead got onto he phone. She was nice but said she had zero control over what the pharmacy does. However she did tell the pharmacist while I was on the phone that I needed my test and was expecting them to do so. I got to the window at 5:01 and they did the test. Not friendly at all. And guess what? The lab never received our specimen. Did they toss it because I complained?"
