"DON’T bother asking for a shake. He or his incompetent employee won’t make it for you. Been at that shop roughly 5 times and only gotten the shake 1 time. He’ll either tell you that the machine doesn’t work or his employee will say that she can’t use it unless the owner is at the shop. This place is worse than McDonald’s!! Trust me you’ll have a better chance of getting a shake at the creamery off of 441 and forest hill dr."

"The ice cream here is so delicious. I always get the sugar free, fat free, low carb soft serve. They have multiple flavors and you won’t even know, it tastes just as good as normal ice cream. There hours are a little off in the afternoon so I recommend going in the evening. But this aside it is really good spot to check out!"

"One of our favorite spots to stop for ice cream! The staff is always incredibly welcoming and makes sure you have everything you need. Several different options available including low-carb, sugar-free and dairy-free. Their coconut frozen yogurt and death by chocolate ice cream are fantastic!"

"Would give no stars if I could. Google says the place is open, times on the door says the place is open, lights are on, but door is locked, and phone is not answering. There is a handwritten note on the door that says "Opens at 5pm today" We waited AFTER 5pm for 20+ minutes, and there are plenty of people here who were waiting before us - still no-show. There is a line outside of families with kids, including us, waiting for ice cream. This is a completely unacceptable way to run a business. If you are not planning on being open during your posted business hours, and not even planning on being on time for your handwritten note, then don't post wrong hours, and let people go elsewhere. If it wasn't for my kid really wanting ice cream, I would have definitely immediately left. We DID wind up leaving, and drove by the place around 5:40pm, and saw that it JUST opened - 1 hour and 40 minutes AFTER the time posted online. I am DEFINITELY never coming back here. First and last time. I don't care how good or bad the ice cream is - for an owner who cares this little about their customers, especially considering most of his customers are kids, they doesn't deserve anyone's business."
