"If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. Luciferdaughter piercer was very unprofessional and rude. She didn't greet any of her customers and just walked past us like we were nothing. Said that piercings would start at 7am, but literally started later than that. Left all of us outside to get drenched with rain and didn't even had the decency to go out and check on us. After like FOUR HOURS of waiting, we all left. And went to a way better place than this that provided seating and handed out bottles of water. And also allowed their customers to come in and plus they greeted us."
