"Will openly insult customers tattoos they think are "schitty and low quality" (his words) when they think you can't hear, and will block you for taking more than 5 minutes to respond to an online inquiry. Extremely pretentious artists that work here, with no exceptional work to back up their attitude towards others. Any other shop will have just as if not much better artists in their employ, who genuinely enjoy the art they do, and are friendly towards the customers that stop in. The sooner this shop leaves Gulf Gate the brighter the area will be for it."
"Messaged him about getting a quote for an arm sleeve and he took 20 minutes to reply, no biggie everyone is busy. I didn’t respond to his message back for 12 minutes and he proceeded to block me.
