"I went here for two piercings with my friend who tagged along to get a bellybutton piercing. Before-hand i called the shop to ask if they take walk-ins and what sort of jewelry they use in their piercings, and the person that answered was very polite. When i got there, i had a lovely conversation with a woman at the front desk while we waited for the piercer Izzy to get done. Izzy took us back to a nice private room and answered a variety of questions i had, mostly about what jewelry he uses. He was fantastic and helped pierce me with a flatback labret when i requested, instead of the normal corkscrew. He carefully marked out where my nostril piercings should be so that they would line up perfectly, and after double checking the placement with me he pierced my nose and inserted jewelry. I almost passed out since i am very sensitive to seeing blood, but the staff took great care of me and helped me lay down until i was ready. Izzy also pierced my friend’s bellybutton in a way that better suited her anatomy compared to her old bellybutton piercing. Both of our piercings look great and i am so happy with this experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, informative, and caring. I will come here again."

When I called to inquire about pricing for a piercing, Izzy the piercer was super outgoing and made sure I knew to bring ID and eat before my visit but also offered water and a snack if I wasn’t able to eat ahead of time. When I got there the shop was very clean and he immediately greeted me. He made me feel so comfortable and we had pleasant conversation. He talked me through the whole process and even reminded me to keep breathing during and immediately right after my piercings.
