"I will say it's a little different I haven't seen Deepak in a minute, I'm not sure if he still runs it or not. He was there not too long ago though, we shared a fist bump and he knows my name. It was a personal experience before the remodel not soo much now though. But still like clockwork and as reliable as ever as long as you know the details and stay away from the at 1:00 because they do break for lunch as ad true team should. You can't really expect precision if for three hours they're understaffed I hope that give clarification on the hour for lunch. Common sense managing, who thought that sucks they close for lunch then but imagine waiting outside not because they say so but because they have brstaffed for 2 hours and 25 minutes. Those people who hate the hour shutdown for lunch has no children no management skills or no Common Sense these people weren't born in the 70's. Probably mid 90'sborn, no common sense"

"I miss Dr Shah but Alyssa has been very nice every time I’ve talked to her. One of the pharmacist asked if I was ok one time. I appreciated that. Like others, I get frustrated about them not filling medications or being more proactive about when mine are ready. I have cancer so I’m on a good amount of pills. Sometimes, I forget to call due to everything else on my mind. I would much prefer them to text me every month saying all is ready so I wouldn’t have to go so often. I’m sure others would appreciate that, too."
