"My partner came over the shop to ask a question about whether or not they do piercings as well as tattoos, the employee or owner they spoke to was very rude and treated them like they were dumb, my partner then asked more about piercings, the employee or owner which appeared to be male then laughed and asked if my partner a question which was obvious which felt very condescending, the guy (I assume) was never very polite or tried to help my partner with any of the questions on his own accord, if that's the first thing we experience then we would never want to come back and see what's it like to get service, learn to be nicer and more considerate to customers who might be willing to give their money to you."
