"As a business owner with a five star rating I love to leave good reviews, sadly this is not one of those times. I took my wife and son to this shop to get a quote for them to get tattoos. We brought with us pictures of what we wanted. Corey said he would modify the images to fit and we would have them in a couple days and then we would set an appointment time. He said he takes a deposit because sometimes people don’t show for their appointment which I understood as time is money. We gave him $70.00 and went back to our hotel. Sadly we had a family emergency and had to leave the state, we called him to notify him of this and there was no answer and no voicemail set up. My wife texted a few times and never got a response. I finally sent a text saying why we had to suddenly end our vacation and asked if he could send us the drawings for the $70.00, we don’t want anyone to lose money. He said the deposit was to ensure we didn’t skip on the appointment time which was never set. He also said the $70 would not cover his time to do the drawings so I asked how much more I would need to send him to complete only the drawing for my wife’s piece. I never got a response to that question. As a business owner I place customer service as the highest priority and don’t feel this was the way I would have handled this kind of situation. At no time did we ask for our money back and I was willing to pay more for the drawing but Corey never bothered to contact me back. I thought for my $70 I’d simply let other people know how our experience went."
