"Today I was caught in a predicament after traveling over a hour to be at a scheduled appointment on time, I arrived at Govind and sons to find out they scheduled me incorrectly and were out of town. I went next door to Brittany’s and took a chance that they would be able to resize my engagement ring that was recently passed down to me from two generations! I am very new to the area and didn’t want to have it sent out or to leave it for days not knowing anything about a company which is why I had made a appointment to begin with. The staff at Brittany’s were so kind as well as understanding. The jeweler was very busy as was the entire store for 5 minutes after the doors opened YET they not only fit me into their very busy day they had my ring resized and completely buffed and polished within 2 hours !!!! I am beyond pleased, extremely grateful, and above all I’m so impressed with the professional experience I received today! I will forever be a customer!!! "I brought in an engraved wood watch last week that was a wedding gift; priceless to me. I needed a piece of the band replaced and most jewelers won't touch it because of the fragility of the wood (most watch tools being meant for metal). But, they not only were able to find a part that would work, but installed it and fixed the band at no charge. The least I could do is give them some well deserved earned media. Very happy with my experience and would 10/10 recommend."
