"I recently attended a conference at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando and had an exceptional experience. "Unique hotel with some neat amenities. Rooms were good, not great, but I’m not in my room much. Conference center was well equipped and very nice. My only “complaint” is the hours of the restaurants inside and understanding what is available when (lots of private events). Will likely stay here again due to the uniqueness of the inside and the vibes. Plus proximity to certain venues we enjoy."

"Hotel staff is awesome and the location of the hotel is spectacular. We went on Christmas and it was beautiful, it is incredible the amount of activities they have during Christmas but I need to tell you, it is not cheap. Rooms started at $350 per night and the activities in the convention center are not cheap either, you need to pay for them separately and each one is around $20-$30 per person but it was a good time spent with the kids. I left you a video of the Christmas village they setup during Christmas, you can see it is beautiful"

"Beautiful hotel, well maintained. Christmas decorations are just perfect! Food, snacks are not cheap. Great pool area, you will be entertained the whole time. Valet parking services are terrible. We waited almost 1 hour in rush hour. It’s better to pay the self parking. Bell staff is a mess. Be careful, they could not find my scooter (rented with a 3rd party company and delivered to them) and my husband had to double check multiple times until they found it."
