"My experiences there were really good so far. The guy that rang me up even looked up GoodRx for me and it saved me 50% on my prescription. Good consultation as well"
"The guy who works there (assuming the manager) tries to play doctor. Had the audacity to ask me why I was prescribed certain medications & wanted me to convince him I needed them. Switching pharmacies at my first chance because when you’re not on hold, you’re dealing with the “rent of cops” of the pharmacy world, who tries to make people jump through hoops just to get their Medication regardless of what the prescribing doctor said. Even my doctor was blown away & asked me to switch pharmacies."
"Yet again I have issues with this pharmacy...doctors office had my prescriptions sent over... the first no problem, the second - they were giving me a generic of a name brand drug which was $30 MORE than the name brand itself?!?! (They obviously didn't check first) I asked the person on the phone didnt the dr send x over? Yes but we gave you the generic...called the doctors office and they called the pharmacy and boom they checked only then to see the name brand which was on the name on prescription was actually cheaper. ALWAYS watch the pharmacists here they have consistently screwed up my prescriptions 3 times now AND ALWAYS with diabetic medications."
"I have leukemia. The pharmacy manager acted like he was my doctor. I was having a lot of pain etc. and my doctor would have to change my medication on a regular basis. He would start talking (the pharmacist) about how Polk county had a bad meth problem and he could not risk his license and blah blah blah the opiate crisis etc. Any cancer patient knows that your Dr. can and will change something if it’s not working. His license (the pharmacists) was not in jeopardy under the new laws. He was a micromanaging control freak. My doctor asked me to change pharmacies and I have never had a problem at CVS. Use a real pharmacy then you will have real pharmacists not wannabe junior leaguers. I have to fight cancer I shouldn’t have to fight a pharmacist too. Shame on you!!!"
"Better go and spend your money somewhere else. I had the worst experience ever. I'm 41 y.o. and my husband it's almost 50. We bought a lots of stuff among a 1 bottle of wine and when we were at the cashier, she asked my husband his ID. I already found that weird as it's not usual for his age, but then, not enough with his id, she asked mine too. I looked surprised and asked why was all that about. She was extremely rude and kept repeating she wanted to see my id too. No explanations yet, I showed her my id too and she kept passing the other items. I wanted to know what was all that about. After a while, her answer was "why are you giving me hard time?" Really? Is that the way to treat a customer that it's always there spending it's money? Politeness and common sense it was the answer. It was very uncomfortable and definitely I won't go back. Already filled a walmart complain about it and haven't heard from them as well. Better spend my money somewhere else. Thank you."
