"Not only is Edong one of the best tattoo artists in the world, he is truly one of the nicest and most professional people I have ever met. His work speaks for itself.. I knew I had found greatness when I met with him in his studio in Saipan to discuss half sleeve cover ups. He was up front with price and approximate time it would take to complete both arms..He was very detailed on how the new tattoos would cover up the old ones… I completely trusted him.. Edong and his family treated my daughter and I so good and made us feel very comfortable and at ease. He even gave me some watercolor paintings he had done that hang proudly in my house… He is just a good person with an unbelievable talent as an artist. I consider him a friend and can’t wait to get down to Florida for more work..don’t trust anybody but Edong with your body…"

"Edong is an amazing artist, and person with a fascinating and rich history or traditional and modern tattoo methods and style. When I discovered his art and portfolio I knew I wanted a piece from him. When I read some of his history, studying under masters of their craft, traveling the world learning more about tatu and tattooing then the average artist will forget, I was excited to meet him. When I knew I was going to have an opportunity to be put on his books, I jumped at it and brought friends from the tattoo industry with me to also meet him and plan to be tattooed. Honestly, I would have paid for his time, with or without a tattoo, his experience is worth it, he could teach seminars and his life dedication to the art is worth the cost. We all chose different forms of traditional methods mixed with modern, but allowed master Edong to choose our designs, and we were so glad we did. I personally have an entire sleeve designed around a piece he placed, due to his limited time and high demand, we couldn’t fill my arm in one session and he was leaving for another commitment. Listening to his stories, watching him work, and being around him is a great experience. As a tattoo shop owner, but not a tattoo artist myself (that is my husband and daughters role), there are very few people I will ever give free range to design and work on my skin. Master Edong has that freedom. Cannot recommend enough worth every penny and then some."

"Edong did a whole sleeve on my left arm And chest to remind me of home, family, and values. He really does take his time and the experience I had while getting tattooed was memorable. He specializes in japanese traditional as he studied it in Japan for a number of years and is extremely humble. People always comment on my tattoo and the art is beautiful. Thinking about flying to Florida all the way from California just to get another large piece from him. I cant bring myself to go to another artist because his work is unique and genuine to its style. I ultimately plan on having him do everything on the left side of my body. Definitely recommend."

"Eddie (Edong) truly lives up to the to title of Tattoo Grand Master. I have 9 tattoos. 4 were done by Eddie. 3 original works and one freehand cover up. I wish ALL 9 were done by this true artist. I am glad he is stateside now so I can continue getting work from him. His prices are amazing, especially when considering his level of skill having studied under one of the greats in Japan. The art itself is beyond compare (and I spent 26 years immersed in a profession where every coworker I had had tattoos). He has a unique ability to interview the client and see exactly what he/she wants, and each piece is unique. I’ve seen this detail to a near photograph quality, 3D, and his shading is incredible. It is worth a trip to his shop (which is cleaner than a Doctors’ Offices) just to look through his albums. I had Eddie do a shoulder piece for my daughter on her 18th birthday, and he did my wife’s back piece. I will absolutely be getting more work from him in the near future!"
