"I was very disappointed with my hairstylist Lily. I came in with a specific look and showed her 2 pictures. She didn't do my hair like the picture (it was a different look all together, mohawk braids, and looked like it should be on a little kid), took customers that came in after me so she had me waiting, and as she's doing it I show her the picture and ask is she doing it like it shows she says yes but that's not the case. I was so unsatisfied with my hairstyle that right after I left I asked if she could at least take it out for me and she said I had to wait 4 days so instead I asked for a refund and she only gave me 50$ back out of the 100$ I gave her. Not even a full refund, and I had to take out my own hair the same day so I didn't go to work looking like a mess."
