"Biggest waste of time in my life. Got there at 4:00 PM on the dot and was told the wait was very short; there were 3 other customers. I waited and waited, 5 customers were seen before me. After the 5th customer, one of the barbers said they were done for the day. It was 5:40 at this point. I got up and left, which I should've probably done sooner. On top of that, as I was leaving I was asked "you gonna get a haircut or not?!". Total disaster."
