"I want to share an honest review regarding this business. The sign on the door for business hours stated they're open from 9am-9pm Mon-Friday with weekend hours. I arrived at 930 am on Wednesday February 7, 2024 and the door was closed, lights were off and no one inside. This was my first time visiting this establishment trying to find a reputable barber shop in Tamarac and the 1st. impression wasn't good. Staff was not on time. I saw the prior reviews and decided to give it a try anyway. I left, waited a few hours, called to make sure they were open, before returning. Place was clean, that's a plus. I noticed that prices for haircuts, shaves, and all other services were not posted anywhere. This is kind of strange because customers are left wondering what they will pay at the end of the service. There is not even hint of where the haircut prices start. I understand that some barbers rent their chairs and have to incorporate that into the price of their haircuts and shaves, but a standard haircut starting price SHOULD be posted. No one is guessing prices when they go to other businesses to buy services. Let's say for example, I receive a haircut by a person named Mike on Monday chair #1. Mike charges me $40 because he renting the chair and incorporates that into the price, fine. I return 3 weeks later for the same cut but since Mike is busy I use John chair #2. John charges me $50 for the same cut. There is no real oversight on prices in this place. Question is what is management doing to prevent price gouging? It's easy to lose customers when there is no price transparency. I was satisfied with the haircut at the end but will probably look elsewhere where they are a little more organized and definitely on time."
