"I've been going to this location for years; I was shocked at how bad service was today. There was only one person working the deli, she was complaining that other staff members just left, leaving her on her own. Two people that came after me where taken care of before me. One of them was a staff member that was upset that she had to wait a long time and wanted to go home, so she decided to get ahead of me. I tried to get someone's attention, but no one seemed to care. After quite some time another staff member came over and took care of my order, that's after I got upset and made sure she would acknowledge me. The store looks run down. I've bought poinsettias in the past, now they are not worth buying. Very poor quality. I'm not sure if Fresh has new management, but they really need to look at their staff and have a customer service skills refresher course. This is not the Fresh I know, let's hope things do improve."

"Freshness and Diversity! Amazing store to purchase ample variety of products and quality. Flowers are gorgeous! The fruits and vegetables are like taken out of a magazine! Breads, cheeses, sandwiches, wines and so much more! A bit pricey but you’re buying quality!"
