"Worst haircut of my life. Went here for the first time, had Roger cut my hair, asked for a mid skin fade and a very small trim off the top. Instead what I got was a botched haircut and more than half the length of my hair cut off, not even close to what I asked for. Even showed a picture of what I wanted and still didn’t look anywhere near it. The “fade” was just a line all across the sides/back of my head where my hair goes from shaved to long. He didn’t even try to fade my hair! I’ll admit I told him it looked fine when he showed me because he conveniently didn’t show the patchy “fade” on the back of my head. It’s disgraceful that he had the audacity to still charge me full price knowing I was walking out with that atrocity of a haircut. Never coming back."
