"I really enjoy buying on ALDIs. Bud this last time I really felt bad. They stole my credit card information after using it at ALDIS. If you will buy on this particular store be extra careful and do not insert your card. It is sad to see this kinds of things happening on Kendall."

"I made a large purchase at this Aldis store in the 129 ave and kendall drive and a cashier blame on me that i need to pay for a grocery bag that cost 0.10 cents, when i took it to replace a broken bag that i previously paid. She scream in front of rest of customers making me feel really bad like if i am stealing from the store and is not fear because i’ve been a loyal customer at Aldis stores since opening in US. This cashier identifies herself as a manager and i ask her name and she said that she dont give the name and is a policy procedure. Aldi store owner must know that for a worker with this poor customer skill will loose a lot of customers because i will not continue purchasing at this place anymore"

"Awful ridiculous checkout situation: 1 cashier to handle everything, half the annoying self-checkout lanes are usually closed off, so the customers have to suffer because they don't staff the front with enough people to handle all lanes open. Nobody helps guide people standing in lines so they are constantly cutting each other off and getting angry. It's always poorly stocked, careless employees block aisles with multiple big carts without regard to shoppers needing to get through. There is no customer consideration whatsoever in that store. The low prices do not justify the inconvenience and overall aggravation of going there. Awful! Other views will confirm what I have said. Update 3 months later, it's even WORSE. Still just one cashier who only speaks Spanish, half of self-checkout lanes are still always closed, now you MUST remove all items from cart to scan, so why have a hand scanner? Also some items are heavy or in case quantity! Aldi is determined to solve all it's problems at the customer's expense and aggravation."

"Went to buy 5 cases of bananas and 2 cases of strawberries and blueberries. The manager came out and told me I need to take all the bananas out of the case and weight them individually and then put them back. I own multiple business down the street and will now be taking my business else where as the manager was rude and uncooperative to any requests as simple as weighing the whole box to move the line quicker as there was at least 10 people in line behind me. One the worst services you can find in the area."
