Walmart Pharmacy

"Took a Homeless person to pick up Antibiotics for an infection for our Church. Prescription was called in from Sacred Heart in Miramar Beach ER. The person at the Pharmacy was extremely rude and disrespectful to him and in turn got cussed out by the man. In November I took this person there and had no problem getting Antibiotics for him, same person at Pharmacy. Paid with my Eglin Federal Credit Union card. I would never recommend this Pharmacy ever, incompetence on another level."

"Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with from staff to service they are hands down the most snobby degrading pharmacists. They implement there owns orders and have complete disregard for doctors orders. I’ve never seen a single one of them happy or try and be helpful in anyway. They look at customers who keep them in buisness as problems. Will not return ever!!"

"I’ll have to say I initially didn’t want to go to the Walmart Pharmacy because I don’t ever go into a Walmart. BUT I just had an excellent experience at the Pharmacy that I had to share. I went to pick up my prescription and the wonderful lady at the counter looked at the cost with my insurance and it was around $200 and she said “That’s too expensive so let me see if I can get it cheaper with GoodRx”. So she does a little searching on HER cell phone and applies this discount and I end up walking out with that prescription for $14.00 and she put that discount card in my file for next time. The prescription then went to the Pharmacist for a consult which I’ve never had and she gave some great tips on the medication and she was also very professional. I really appreciated their efforts and customer service skills. I’ll return to the Walmart Pharmacy in Destin and would highly recommend you give them a try."

"We called and asked fill a diabetic prescription which we had refills of from another pharmacy and was told they coukd do it but it would be 24 hrs bc they had to call amd get it transferred. I informed pharmacy that I would handle that to streamline process but she refused to fill it today regardless and sais she had too kuch other stuff to do. It was a free style libre sensor which she literally just has to put the box in a bag and ring it up."
