"All of the employees are very nice. The pharmacists know what they're doing and are fast to fill your meds. Big box stores could take a lesson from Lee Drug Store. You don't wait an hour or so here. Usually in 15 minutes you're out the door. They also have a lot of gifts for anyone on your list. Check them out !"

"They’re a waste of space for robertsdale. You hand them two prescriptions that are unrelated and if they can’t fill one they refuse to fill the one they do have. And they were terribly rude. My mother in law has had two major surgeries on her spine and the pharmacist is completely rude and incompetent."

"I would've given them 5 stars until yesterday. I walked in and there was an elderly lady, with Pharmacy Tech badge, at the counter. I stood there quietly for a couple of minutes and she just kept doing her thing and didn't acknowledge my existence. She looked over at the drive-thru worker, who was actually being friendly to a customer and said, "Tell him you don't want to know and move on! Just leave!" Another gentleman walked in and she finally said, "What can I do for you?" She never looked up until a minute later when I started talking to her. She was tolerable after that but it took everything I had to not tell her off and leave; the only reason I didn't is because I have always had pleasant experiences in the past and everyone else has always been nice. I would recommend them due to past experiences."
