"My experience at this store was very poor. According to the lady who answered the phone, she was the only employee on at the time, everyone else was on break at 10 am in the morning. I told her it was a long distance call and i needed help finding out if they had the item i was looking for. She said she couldnt help me but i could go online and order it. I asked if she could recommend one of their stores, she then hung up on me. The service was horrible and the lady had a bad attitude. She didn't even try to help."

AP 1977:

"The store hours posted states it closes at 9pm. The sign they wrote was to close the store at 8pm it was 7.30p when we arrived. The door was locked shut. The girl working was very nasty. As she let some customers out, She was yelling "back up, back up" very rudely as new customers walked to the door not knowing what was going on. Apparently she was the only one working according to the customers that exited. If your whole team called out then arrangements should be made but the customers should not be faulted nor be spoken to rudely. When you give respect you get respect. To receive understanding you give understanding. The store manager arrives 15 mins later and apologizes as she tells the customers outside that they are closing early today. If your whole closing team is out the store manager should have stepped in long ago. That is your responsibility as the manager. We can understand that negative situations happen. Its how you manage them and how you speak to people that matters."

"I really like that everything is a dollar and below that is awesome. The cashier Kevin was very pleasant. The store had a lot of things to choose from. But the store was a mess and many trip hazards everywhere. Lots of merchandise was left unpacked in the middle of the aisle this is dangerous."
