She talked me through the decision making process about what size, cut, and grade of roast to choose. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. She is a gem! Keep her!"

"Wow, just wow! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Braulio. It's a little overwhelming at first because there's so much to take in but I was given a quick tour by the amazing staff member. As you will see in my pictures, the store is incredibly clean and open. There is something wonderful to find in every isle and every freezer case. Speaking of cases, you can also see the temperature clearly in each freezer case. I really appreciated that. Braulio also took the time to explain the meats were all flash frozen which prevents cristalization and ensures the nutrition remains fully intact. Such great information. I went in specifically looking for a big fish and boy did I find it, and so much more. The whole process was amazing. Even the customers were chatting and exchanging favorite proteins and preparation ideas. I was pleasantly surprised to see side dishes, sauces, and even frozen herbs. I can't wait to go back with my boyfriend and show him all the amazing, fresh products. I went home, quick thawed, and cooked up the salmon side. It was as good as it looks.
