Publix Super Market at Ramblewood Square 1285 North University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071

"It’s so unfortunate that I had to rate this Publix, with only three stars. First and foremost, this location is actually beautiful with a vast majority of people that worked there following that same description for starters I’d like to mention that Kevon and his manager in the bakery department are amazing. They are the definition of astonishing public workers carrying Out the Publix promise. Employees like Them are sure to make George Jenkins proud. The reasoning for my three star review is due to the Deli department. Specifically Lourdes. Making comments such as she “doesn’t have all day” And harassing a customer about another worker, giving her sauce from from the deli in a cup for her tenders. Publicly humiliating, not only the customer, but her coworker as well in front of other shoppers. Very disturbing for my little sister to witness, as she is just a teenager who Aspires to be a Publix employee once she becomes of age. Lourdes Was infuriated because I requested to make an additional sub. There were no other guest waiting after me, and she insisted that she could’ve done this at the same time as my first sub. While making the second sub, she put condiments on my sandwich that I did not request. Due to her negligence and discouraging attitude, I Felt very uneasy to request she remake my sandwich as i did not want her to embarrass me anymore than she already did to others."

"This Publix is new and very nice, but it still has some issues to work out. Most of the produce has been good, but I've had a couple of batches of lower quality food. Their to-go orders also need a little work. But all of the workers I've dealt with have been very nice."

"Can open a couple of months ago and you couldn’t sneeze without having a manager. Wipe your nose now when you want to find a manager good luck. Went to the counter to get some lunch meat, witnessed four employees and one customer and there I stood waiting and waiting so I decided to leave and go to the fish counter where I was met with nobody i stood there a minute or two, and then finally left"

"It’s a shame that this beautiful brand new store has a deli dept that is so disorganized and inefficient. Came in today at 1pm and while there was plenty of staff, they were more preoccupied with filling online orders that had piled up (20-30 tickets) while completely ignoring the customers that were already IN THE STORE standing around for service. After getting the manager’s (male with beard hair net) attention, who was more interested in the popcorn machine, I and other customers stood around endlessly until I finally left with no cold cuts. A total waste of time. Meanwhile the slicer machines were covered in pieces of shredded cheese— total open air contamination (see photos). I will be forwarding this to Lakeland as it is imperative that they see the bad condition of this deli department and hopefully get better management in place early on."
